How to Report Issues

You can report issues directly to us in any of the following ways:

Using this Web Site

Use the 3 step Report Issues Wizard, by clicking here.

Using MMS

You can report isssues on any phone that can send MMS messages:

Create a new MMS message addressed to street.scene@oldham.gov.uk and add a picture of an environmental issue to it.
Enter the location of the issue in the subject part of the message,
Enter any other information you think would be useful in the text part of the message. If you would like to be notified by SMS Text Message when the issue has been dealt with then enter the following text anywhere in the message: SMSYES
Send it to street.scene@oldham.gov.uk

Using Email

You can send us an email to report an issue.

Create an email addressed to street.scene@oldham.gov.uk and attach a picture of an environmental issue to it.
Enter the location of the issue in the subject part of the message
Enter any other information you think would be useful in the text part of the message. If you would like to be notified by Email or SMS Text Message when the issue has been dealt with then enter the following text anywhere in the message SMSYES or EMAILYES.
Send it to street.scene@oldham.gov.uk

What Happens Next?

We will receive the details of the issue and will decide an action. If you have asked to be kept informed you will receive either an email or SMS text message when we have updated the issue.
